Specialty tea company uses retail solution to expand, optimize customer experience
Canadian tea specialty retailer DAVIDsTEA launched its first tea shop in 2008. Growing from 0 to 29 retail locations in its first year and to more than 80 locations just a year after that, the Montreal-based tea retailer found success by putting the customer experience first. DAVIDsTEA has gone on to expand internationally and has implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail so that it could quickly scale up as needed by its continued growth. The solution also helps optimize customer experience in the store and online.
