Before PCM adopted CellTrust SL2, the financial company’s advisors had to explain to their clients that they couldn’t communicate via text message—a communication method often suggested by clients because of its convenience. When an advisor was forced to respond to or send a text message on their personal mobile phone, they would have to make a screen grab to archive every work-related text message. Widespread sharing of personal contact information was also an issue for PCM advisors.

Partner Solution

Developed for the Microsoft Azure cloud, SL2 provides enterprises and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) like PCM with greater security for mobile communication across their networks. SL2 captures communication via SMS/MMS, WhatsApp, Voice, and A2P mobile campaigns. The platform is available on both the Azure global and Azure Government clouds. SL2 is integrated with Microsoft Teams, the Microsoft 365 E5 enterprise solution, and other leading archiving technologies to enable long-term retention. The platform also provides optional integration with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (including Intune), MobileIron AppConnect, BlackBerry Dynamics, and AppConfig.
