Founded in 1999, Bodega Doña Felisa is a family business dedicated to producing and selling select wine under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) Sierras de Málaga, with a privileged location in the Serranía Rondeña. This Andalusian region produces high-quality red, rosé, and white wines from traditional and modern grape varietals. In 2020, the board of directors realized that continuing growth and expansion required a new strategy to optimize business process management. Bodega Doña Felisa migrated to a new SaaS environment that meets the need for telework and enables effective, safe collaboration from remote environments. In addition to Dynamics 365 Business Central, the new system utilizes Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to manage sales campaigns, and Microsoft Power Apps to manage the wine tourism process, develop loyalty strategies, and maintain highly segmented communications.
Bodega Doña Felisa has gained greater agility in time management and assignment of tasks associated with its professional relationships with customers, partners, and business opportunities, such as calls, visits, meetings, and incident management. Additionally, VinoTEC guarantees the secure maintenance of the history of conversations and documents handled in a dynamic and multichannel business environment, while also opening up new opportunities for customer and prospect segmentation in order to design and execute personalized campaigns relevant to audiences.

VinoTEC has enabled Bodega Doña Felisa to ensure accuracy and save time on reporting tasks required by treasury and wine regulatory institutions. Previously, staff filled out official forms through manual counts and calculations. The new solution automatically generates report files that are ready to upload to official web portals or through online services. Quarterly reports that previously took several days to compile and submit now are completed within a few hours.
