Brisa, the leader of the Turkish tire industry, has transferred its business processes to Microsoft Teams to strengthen its communication, eliminate security risks, and gain speed.
Brisa, which operates under the partnership of Bridgestone and Sabanci Holding—the former being among the world's leading tire manufacturers, and the latter being one of the longest-established organizations of Türkiye—leads the Turkish tire market with its 2,700 employees and more than 1,500 sales points. Brisa has an immense communication network of employees, dealers, and stakeholders within its structure, and the company has accomplished many innovations with its "Well! Digital Workplace" vision to strengthen communication.
However, with the developing technology, the increase of mobile apps used outside the company, and corresponding usage habits, caused communication channels to increase and become complicated. Therefore, Brisa began using Microsoft Teams to eliminate the disruptions, security problems, and communication problems that it encountered in business processes.
Increased quality of communication
Teams provides Brisa with high availability, multiple backups, operational convenience, and a secure infrastructure. Thanks to the common area the company offers, Brisa employees and dealers located in another area can attend meetings from where they are located, and can be informed about internal developments by live broadcasts.

The solution also prevents the loss of cost and time in meetings. “This partnership saved us 400 working hours,” says İsa Kedikoğlu, Software Development Specialist at Brisa.
Innovative chatbot technology
After training with the support of Microsoft, Brisa users learn how to use Teams in their fields and how to create solutions for business processes. For example, the Metal Collar Co-worker Robi was developed with the chatbot technology of Teams, without the need for a different platform. Now, Brisa users can easily deal with the financial status of its dealers, sales data, password resets, and even the daily lunch menu.
Thanks to its collaboration with Microsoft, Brisa has achieved 80 percent improvement in business processes. The company now sees digitization as a journey, not a target, and continues to proceed with great confidence.
